1. Returns and Refunds for Non-Faulty Products
A 7-day return and 24-hour refund window is offered for non-faulty, unused products, subject to a 10% restocking fee. To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
- Packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- All accessories, tags, and documentation must be included.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Upon approval, a return authorization number and instructions for the process will be shared.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, before sending it back.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after verifying the returned product’s eligibility. The following methods apply:
- Online Payment Refunds: Refunds for payments made via JazzCash or Meezan Bank will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to bank processing times.
- Cash-on-Delivery Refunds: For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or any mutually agreed method.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, except in cases of incorrect shipments or faulty products. Detailed instructions for return shipping will be provided during the process. Using a reliable courier service is recommended.
5. Refund Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable unless faulty, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods.
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
